Q: What is the PartyCar?
The PartyCar is a happenin' little get together every Friday evening (more or less) on the Caltrain from San Jose, CA to San Francisco, CA. People bring beer, snacks, music, and a certain savoir-faire....

Q: When & where does it happen?
Pretty much every Friday, on northbound Train 275 (arrives in SF @ 6:39) in the Bike Car at the front of the train (the SF end).
